We will continue to do our bit to protect our customers, our community and the vulnerable in this pandemic battle against COVID-19 and we have chosen to safely reopen the office. We will continue to be available 24/7 via our office line at 4057 8274. Please leave a message if you are calling outside of office hours and we will endeavour to call back immediately for urgent needs.

Please remember that our service to you can also be conducted online, including payments, queries, transfers and new move-ins, so let’s be creative in getting everyone’s needs met while staying healthy. Please consider others during this time and don’t come into the office or facility if you are feeling unwell, please observe social distance, utilise our toilets to wash your hands or sanitise and we will get through this together.
